As the year comes to an end it’s time to wrap up another year of Digital Portfolios for students!
If you haven’t already, one consideration might be to ask your students to write one final reflection marking the end of the year!
A few things to remember….
-
- Student blogs must remain attached to your Class Blog until classes resume in September.
- Please do not delete any blog posts. Blogs as digital portfolios are meant to be records of learning over time. To mark the end of the year teachers and students typically write a final blog post or reflection. In September, a new post is written to signify the start of a new school year.
- Students are able to post over the summer unless you change your class blog settings to prevent them from doing so independently. Instructions to update your class blog settings can be found here.
- Instructions to begin the school year with blogs as digital portfolios will be posted on the AMDSB EdTech Learning Community Blog in August, and they will also be sent out in a System Memo in September.

Hi Leigh,
I will try again for this. Have you heard of anyone else interested in doing this? Primary teachers?
