Student worked is assessed in a variety of ways. Teachers record their observations, use checklists and rubrics, and give descriptive feedback during conferences with students. We also use a collection of student work samples from the Ministry of Education called Exemplars. I thought it might be helpful for you to see different Exemplars to help you better understand how your child’s work is assessed and how it can be improved.
