FREE STEM Workshop for Students in Grades 5-8 – Register Now!

Are you interested in booking a FREE STEM workshop for your students on behalf of the NHL and Toronto Maple Leafs Future Goals Program?

The Future Goals Program is committed to sparking student interest in STEM topics to help students develop skills to be successful. Hockey Scholar is a web-based course that leverages hockey to teach foundational Math and Science concepts. This no-cost resource covers topics such as rates and ratios, states of matter, force and energy, and careers in STEM. 

 

The free 45-minute workshop (for grades 5-8) includes:
  • A class discussion on STEM connections to hockey, introduction to STEM careers and how to use technology responsibly
  • Assistance with student registration for two free online programs (see below)
