I have tried to download the app, but it says it is incompatible with my iPad. I’ve never gotten that error message before. My iOS is up to date and I have enough storage… Anyone know what’s going on?

Hi Skye,
I’m glad you were able to sort this out. Unfortunately the age of your iPad will impact your ability to use certain apps. Your TRA can submit a request to have a replacement sent to you. 🙂
