Are you celebrating Hour of Code? If so, take a look at Apple’s Swift Playgrounds Hour of Code Challenge and try it out! With one quick FREE iPad app download, you and your students have everything you need to get started. You can also download the Hour of Code Facilitator Guide for step-by-step detailed instructions. I would also encourage you to seek out other teachers and students in your school who are currently working with Swift Playgrounds, or connect with those who are interested and learn together!

  1. I have tried to download the app, but it says it is incompatible with my iPad. I’ve never gotten that error message before. My iOS is up to date and I have enough storage… Anyone know what’s going on?

      I’m glad you were able to sort this out. Unfortunately the age of your iPad will impact your ability to use certain apps. Your TRA can submit a request to have a replacement sent to you. 🙂
