Today, we let go our class pets. A while ago, we brought in some tadpoles and kept the, in our class. We watched them every day and you will see how they grew and went through metamorphosis before our very own eyes. See our own blog posts for the changes we saw. When we let them go, we had some baby frogs and some that were still going through the stages of their life cycle. None were adult frogs when we let them go. We took them out of the tank in our class, and took them to the pond at the back of the school. We want to make sure they got retuned to their natural habitat (that means their home in nature).
