I have been noticing today that when a student comments on my blog the time that is attached to the comment is about 5 hours later than when the comment is actually being posted. I have found the place where I can edit the time of my comments but am wondering why the time is not automatically correct on my students’ posted comments or my reply. Does anyone know why this happens or how to change it so the time is correct when someone writes a comment?

Hi,
I noticed that your class settings are such that you need to approve all posts and comments. Could it be that when you approve posts it has been at the end of the day which is hours after it was written?
Just a thought . . . Let me know if you have any other ideas about why this may be happening.
