I found this work on Langwitches Blog; a blog I have shared before as a popular site for the top EdTech resources and information for educators. This work is realized by Silvia Rosenthal and Meryl Zeidenberg (editors of the popular blog “Langwitches”). Silvia has also recently published a great article entitled “Blogging As Pedagogy: Facilitate Learning” which I highly recommend.
