Snow Colour

On Friday we took our art class outside to explore primary and secondary colours in the snow. The primary colours are red, blue, yellow. The secondary colours are orange, green and purple. We are learning that if we mix the primary colours we can make the secondary colours. The tools we used to make our snow designs were paint brushes, wire brushes, pipe cleaners, and spray bottles. We made lines, shapes, and experimented with space. Check it out!

  1. Great colours and what a cool way to learn.

My favourite colour is red but I like greet too and now, thanks to your investigations, I know that red is a primary colour but green is a secondary colour. You see, even the Principal learns something every day. Thanks Busy Bees!
